She brings a gentle, person-centred approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients feel supported, empowered, and heard.
Georgia has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including clients with complex psychosocial difficulties and those accessing support through the NDIS. She is particularly interested in working with young people and adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, stress, identity exploration, and life transitions.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and holistic, drawing on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based and trauma-informed frameworks. At the heart of her work is a belief in fostering self-compassion and acceptance to support healing and growth.
