Individual Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is the therapeutic application of yoga, used to support an individual to manage and improve their health and well-being.

The tools and techniques of yoga combined with traditional and contemporary practices are adapted to each individual’s unique situation. It considers general health, specific injuries or conditions, age, strength, flexibility, and life circumstances.

Yoga therapy can help to assist people with a wide range of physical, emotional and mental health concerns such as; sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, addictions, PTSD, chronic fatigue, back pain, trauma, scoliosis, asthma, digestive issues, fertility and menstrual issues.

In a series of private consultations, your needs will be discussed and assessed by a qualified Yoga Therapist. From this, a customised yoga practice will be developed and taught; one that is appropriate for your particular needs.
